With a planned opening in Summer 2015, Renaissance Village Murrieta is the highly anticipated Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Community designed help meet the growing needs of Murrieta and its surrounding communities to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for its seniors. With strong support from the public, Renaissance Village Murrieta will be a leading provider of new and innovative forms of care and therapy.
In November 2012, CED obtained unanimous approval from the City of Murrieta Planning Commission to build a new state of the art senior care facility in Murrieta, California.
The planned project will consist of 225 Assisted, Memory, and Skilled Nursing beds. Renaissance Village Murrieta is located adjacent to “The Colony,” an active +55 adult golf course retirement community of +1500 homes with a clubhouse and numerous amenities. Reported average age of “The Colony” residents is 85.

CED is in the process of finalizing working drawings and is scheduled to break ground in March 2014. Completion of Phase I is scheduled for Summer 2015. Renaissance Village Murrieta was previously entitled to build 210 market rate senior apartments. Market research identified the immediate opportunity to develop a new senior care campus for the Murrieta area. Renaissance Village Murrieta has received strong support from the City of Murrieta Planning Commission, City Council, and Riverside County Supervisor Jeff Stone.
