Continued Growth & Success at Renaissance Village Murrieta

Growth & Success at Renaissance Village Murrieta

Ashley Percia, Director of Community Relations at Renaissance Village Murrieta, states our community is a real success story. During 2018 we enjoyed continued growth & success and increased leasing activity. The entire community received final approvals and certificate of occupancies from Murrieta. These approvals include the Assisted Living Tower and Memory Care Villa. The plan for the third villa is a new “Transitional Care” building.

Transitional Living Villa

Growth & Success

According to Lydia Percia, we plan to open the new villa by February 2019. Lydia also serves as Vice President of both Renaissance Villages. She is also a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly administrator. She feels “there is a real need to provide alternative care for residents. [Especially residents] who need a little more care that would not be available in the traditional Assisted Living setting.”

Each new villa offers up to 20 beds and provides a more intimate setting. This includes its own amenities. Our transitional living villa is also great for short-term stays. This includes those recovering from surgery or illness.
